In this first week of the Intermediate Course in Grant Writing (which can also be called the Project Proposal Writing in Donor Grant Funding), you will be introduced to the very basics of project proposal writing in donor grant funding. You will learn as request for proposals and request for application, solicited and unsolicited proposals in donor grant funding. You will build on it from the basic and general to the more complex contents of the Project Proposal.
At the end of the basics and general request for application and request for application, you will do exercises and assignment both individually and as a group.
The Group Work
The group work will be done by the members of each directorate or health facility. One person from the group must submit the group work on behalf of the group for marking and grading. Each member of the group will receive the same grading/scoring for the group work. For each week, there will be a group work and each member of the group must take turns to submit the group work, after all members of the group has contributed to completing the group work, to submit the completed work.
Individual Assignments
All individual assignments must be done individually and independently. They must be submitted independently. The grading/scoring will be done individually and independently.
